Writer.
Mum.
Storyteller.
I've been writing stories since I was eight years old, scribbling tales in notebooks, dreaming up characters, and getting lost in worlds of my own making. But it wasn't until I became a mum that I found my true calling: writing for children.
Being a parent has shown me the magic and mayhem of childhood, the wild imagination, the big feelings, the beautiful mistakes, and the incredible resilience of young hearts. I write stories that speak to all of it.
My debut picture book, Lola and the Magic of Mistakes, is a love letter to my daughter and to every child who's ever felt the sting of getting something wrong.

My Mission
“I write stories that speak to the inner child, the loud child, the shy child, every child who needs to know they are exactly who they're meant to be.”
Through my books and school visits, I want to help children build confidence, embrace resilience, and see themselves reflected in the pages of the stories they love.
✦ What I Believe
The Heart of My Writing
Mistakes Are Magic
Every stumble is a chance to learn, grow, and become stronger. Children deserve to know it's safe to try, fail, and try again.
Representation Matters
Every child should see themselves in the stories they read: their culture, their family, their experiences reflected with love.
Stories Shape Hearts
The books we read as children shape who we become. I write stories that nurture kindness, courage, and compassion.
